Customers who wish to amend delivery details, please email us at orders@katongflowershop.com with your order reference number or call in at +65 6442 2155. Any changes must be done at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Can I cancel my order before it is being delivered?
For cancellations, contact us at orders@katongflowershop.com or +65 6442 2155. Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is applicable. For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.
If I place an order before Valentine’s Day pricing adjustments, will I need to pay extra?
Prices will increase during Valentine's Day period because of the surge in raw materials cost. If you have placed your order before we adjust our Valentine’s pricing, we will contact you to top up the difference.

If you would like to pick up the item(s) at our store, please select the pickup option at the payment page. Please notify us 1 day in advance if you wish to change from delivery to self-collection.

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm Singapore time, subject to availability.
For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 5pm the previous day, subject to availability.

We work with our overseas partners for your international flower delivery orders.
All images on the website are for local deliveries only. For overseas deliveries, the floral arrangements will follow our overseas partners’ designs.
