By placing an order with Katong Flower Shop on the website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1) Payments via credit cards: Amex,Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club and Paypal.

2) Payments via Paypal Account: For overseas clients, please make payment using above-mentioned credit cards if Paypal account payment is not successful.

3) Prices listed are not valid for Valentine’s Day period. If you have placed your order before we adjust our Valentine’s pricing on 6th February, we will contact you to top up the difference. No fixing of time is allowed during peak seasons.

4) We reserve the right to replace any items with another of equivalent or higher value depending on availability in the event that the selected flowers are not available/in season or the materials are out of stock.

5) We provide free local delivery island-wide except for Sentosa or on board vessels where an additional S$21.40 delivery change will apply.

6) To provide full and correct address of recipient as well as contactable phone number or mobile number for each order.

7) For same day delivery, orders must come in by 2pm (S'pore time).

8) Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, funeral parlors etc; are at the risk of the sender. For delivery to hospitals, the patient's Room No.or his/her full name according to his/her I/C must be provided.

9) If a re-delivery is required due to incorrect address given or that no one is around to receive the flowers, a redelivery charge of $21.40 will apply.

10) Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance,otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is applicable. For order where delivery has been attempted, the full price will apply.

11) Any complaints must be made immediately or within 2 days from date of delivery and images of damaged flowers must be emailed to us in its original packing for us to investigate the matter.

12) All images on the website are for local deliveries only. For overseas deliveries, the floral arrangements will follow the designated country's designs and customs.
